Fantastic experience with these great people. They diagnosed accurately and quickly(within my visit) what my problem is and put me in touch with physical therapy to improve my condition. Thank you Dr. Gentry and staff!!

This is the most efficient practice where I have the pleasure of receiving my care. Everyone is very kind and with easy interactions. Dr. Powell always listens and I never feel rushed when in there. The X-ray technologist is quick, efficient, and kind. The same for the PA and office staff. I highly recommend Dr. Powell and his staff for your orthopedic care.

Had to do paperwork but got there early enough to get it done by my appt time. Liked not being stacked as a patient. Didn't wait long to be seen. Dr was attentive and communicated well what our goals and intents were. Still have tests to go through to determine treatment. So far so good.

Sarah was excellent! She actually cares. Ashley called after my visit to collect money and I asked her to send the invoice- she got really mad and said "its only 25.00" and slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. That was really rude! The satellite doesn't collect co-pays so if you don't want a mean person calling while you're in excruciating pain DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.
