Thankful for being able to get an appointment Monday morning!
(Had a fall Sunday evening, and had concerns regarding my knee.)
The front desk staff is amazing!
All who enter the office are greeted with a smile and graciousness. No concern is too big or too small.
The medical staff is outstanding—efficient, eye to eye contact, and sensitive to needs.
Nurse Practitioner was incredibly attentive to all concerns. She made direct eye contact, listened intently, and guided the conversation so well!
After examining my knee, she communicated her assessment very precisely and clearly. All was done with professionalism and respect for my concerns. I appreciated, so much, her willingness to actually sit and not only listen to my words, but to “hear” them!
Dr Powell was his usual kind demeanor, and gentle, unhurried self! He took time to hear “my story” of event that led up to the visit. He confirmed what his Nurse Practitioner had communicated, checked my knees, and reiterated the welcome to return for further evaluation if needed.
SO THANKFUL for this Orthopedic practice! Definitely one of a kind!

Patients can expect significant improvement in their condition, and adherence to Dr. Thomas Powell's recommendations is crucial for optimal results. I will say though you've got to do what Dr. Thomas Powell tells you to do if you want great results.

Very polite staff! I was nervous going in due to my injury and it being a workmans comp issue; however Dr Gentry and all the staff put me at ease Very quickly. I feel very confident that I am in good hands and will be well taken care off. I would definitely recommend Powell Orthropedics and Dr Gentry .

Fantastic experience with these great people. They diagnosed accurately and quickly(within my visit) what my problem is and put me in touch with physical therapy to improve my condition. Thank you Dr. Gentry and staff!!
