I had an appointment to discuss upcoming surgery but Dr. Powell, not me, wanted a second opinion on the procedure. I totally appreciate that he requested I see another doctor. Dr. Powell could have gone ahead with the surgery but he is conscientious enough to request confirmation from one of his colleagues. This, to me, reflects that Dr. Powell is a true professional in his field of surgery.

The staff is very friendly. I was able to be seen quickly with a very short wait time. My family, parents and friends have all used Dr Powell and can’t say enough great things about him. He has great bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon.
